This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for AdsMG AI purchases, how cancellations work, how we treat ad spend and prepaid balances, and what to expect if you purchased through our website, Google Play, or Apple platforms.

Important
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically reverse ad spend, third-party platform charges, taxes, or services already delivered.
Direct billing review
Duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized payments, and certain unused direct purchases can be reviewed for refund eligibility.
Store billing rules apply
Purchases made through Google Play or Apple are also subject to the relevant marketplace billing, cancellation, and refund processes.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days, decide within 10 business days, and submit approved refunds promptly.
1. Scope and overview
This policy applies to payments made for AdsMG AI software, subscriptions, account services, campaign management, prepaid balances, and related offerings. It covers direct payments made to AdsMG AI and explains how marketplace billing can affect purchases made through Google Play or Apple.
This Refund Policy is intended to work together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If applicable law gives you non-waivable consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
2. When refunds may be available
Refunds are not automatic, but we may approve a refund for a direct AdsMG AI transaction in situations such as:
- A duplicate payment, accidental double charge, or other confirmed billing error occurred.
- A transaction was unauthorized and we can verify that the payment was not validly approved by the account holder.
- You were charged for the wrong direct AdsMG AI plan, renewal, or amount because of our processing error.
- A first-time direct purchase or renewal billed by AdsMG AI is reported within 7 calendar days and the related paid service has not been materially used, launched, or consumed.
- A prepaid balance collected directly by AdsMG AI has not yet been committed to live ad spend, transferred to a third-party ad platform, or applied to non-recoverable fees.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law, regulation, court order, payment network rule, or binding platform requirement.
3. Non-refundable items
Unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by AdsMG AI, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Ad spend already delivered, committed, reserved, or transferred to advertising networks, media platforms, or other third parties.
- Subscription time, usage-based services, campaigns, credits, exports, or automation already consumed before a refund request is approved.
- Setup, onboarding, implementation, consulting, or other service work once that work has begun or been delivered.
- Taxes, foreign exchange costs, bank charges, gateway charges, or other third-party processing costs that are non-recoverable to AdsMG AI.
- Partial billing periods after a direct subscription has renewed, except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.
- Purchases made through Apple or Google billing systems when the relevant app marketplace requires the refund request to be processed through that marketplace.
4. Cancellation policy
You may cancel a direct AdsMG AI subscription before the next renewal date to stop future recurring charges. Unless we state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different outcome, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing term and does not create an automatic refund for the current period.
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play or Apple, you must also use the cancellation tools offered in that billing system. Removing the app from your device does not itself cancel a recurring subscription.
5. Ad spend and prepaid balances
- AdsMG AI may collect money for software fees, campaign management fees, prepaid balances, or pass-through ad spend, depending on your plan and setup.
- Amounts already spent with or payable to ad networks, publishers, app stores, or similar third parties are generally non-refundable because those funds are no longer fully within our control.
- If we hold a verified unused prepaid balance that has not yet been applied to campaigns or non-recoverable costs, we may refund the eligible remainder to the original payment method after review.
- If a campaign is paused or canceled, that does not automatically mean previously incurred ad spend, platform deductions, or service fees will be reversed.
6. Google Play and Apple purchases
Google Play purchases
If you purchased through Google Play, refund and cancellation handling is also governed by Google Play billing rules. Requests made shortly after purchase may be handled through Google Play, while later requests may require direct developer review. Canceling a Google Play subscription generally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Apple App Store purchases
If you purchased through Apple's App Store or an Apple-managed in-app purchase flow, Apple may control the billing relationship and the refund request process. You may need to manage the subscription in your Apple account settings and submit refund requests through Apple's reporting or support flow for eligible charges.
Direct web billing
If AdsMG AI billed you directly on the web or through another direct payment flow, this Refund Policy governs your request together with our Terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
7. How to request a refund

Send your request to hello@adsmg.ai with your full name, account email, order or invoice reference, payment date, amount, and the reason for the request.

Include any supporting material that helps us verify the request, such as screenshots, receipts, charge descriptors, or a description of the billing issue.

We may ask for additional information to validate account ownership, prevent fraud, or confirm whether funds have already been committed to third-party platforms.

If the request is approved, we will process the refund back to the original payment method unless a different method is required by law or agreed in writing.
8. Timelines and payment reversals
We aim to acknowledge complete refund requests within 3 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days, although complex fraud, banking, or platform investigations may take longer. If approved, we aim to initiate the refund within 15 business days after approval.
Banks, card issuers, wallets, UPI providers, and app marketplaces may require additional time to settle or post the refunded amount. If a payment has already been disputed, reversed, or charged back through your financial institution or marketplace, we may delay or decline a duplicate refund while that process is reviewed.
9. Consumer law and payment issues
AdsMG AI intends this policy to operate consistently with applicable consumer protection requirements, including Indian consumer law where relevant. Nothing in this policy is meant to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
Failed, duplicate, delayed, or incorrectly processed payment reversals may also be handled in line with the rules of our payment processors, banking partners, card schemes, UPI systems, and any mandatory Reserve Bank of India directions that apply to the transaction flow.
