This policy explains how AdsMG AI handles cancellations, billing changes, refund review, ad-spend treatment, and consumer complaints for our website, Android app, iOS app, and related services.

Important
If Google Play or Apple billed the purchase, their cancellation and refund systems also apply. Canceling future renewal does not automatically reverse the current billing period or past ad spend.
Clear cancellation paths
Direct AdsMG AI billing can be canceled with us, while Google Play and Apple billed purchases must also be managed in their billing systems.
Defined review windows
We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and complete a substantive response within 30 days.
Used services stay non-refundable
Delivered ad spend, consumed billing periods, and work already performed are generally not refundable unless required by law.
1. Scope and relationship to other terms
This policy applies to AdsMG AI subscriptions, software access, campaign-management services, direct prepaid balances, and other paid offerings made available through our website and mobile apps. It is intended to explain how cancellations and refund review work for both direct billing and marketplace billing.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If applicable law gives you non-waivable consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
2. How cancellations work
- You may ask us to cancel a direct AdsMG AI subscription or renewal before the next billing date to stop future recurring charges.
- Unless we state otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and does not automatically refund the active billing period.
- Canceling a software subscription, campaign service, or app plan does not reverse ad spend, third-party media costs, taxes, gateway charges, or services already consumed.
- We do not intend to impose a consumer cancellation charge unless a comparable cost would also be borne by AdsMG AI if we cancel the order or service unilaterally for the same situation.
- Removing the app, logging out, or stopping campaign activity does not itself cancel a recurring billing arrangement.
3. When refunds may be available
Refunds are not automatic, but we may approve a refund for a direct AdsMG AI charge when one or more of the following applies:
- A duplicate charge, processing mistake, or other billing error is verified.
- The wrong direct plan, fee, or renewal amount was charged because of our error.
- A direct web payment is reported promptly and the paid service, credit, or onboarding benefit has not been materially used or consumed.
- A prepaid balance collected directly by AdsMG AI has not yet been committed to ad spend, transferred to an advertising platform, or applied to non-recoverable costs.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law, payment network rules, a valid charge resolution, or a mandatory marketplace requirement.
4. Non-refundable items
Unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by AdsMG AI in writing, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Advertising spend already delivered, committed, reserved, or transferred to third-party ad networks, marketplaces, or publishers.
- Subscription time, credits, features, campaigns, or automation already consumed before the request is approved.
- Setup, onboarding, implementation, consulting, or other service work after that work has started or been delivered.
- Taxes, foreign exchange costs, bank fees, gateway fees, and other third-party charges that are not recoverable to AdsMG AI.
- Charges billed through Google Play or Apple where the applicable store requires the customer to use that store's own cancellation or refund tools.
5. Google Play and Apple billing
Google Play billed purchases
If your subscription or in-app purchase is billed through Google Play, you must also manage cancellation through Google Play's subscription tools. In general, canceling stops future renewals and the current period stays active until it ends, unless Google or applicable law makes a different refund outcome available.
Apple billed purchases
If Apple bills the subscription through the App Store or Apple in-app purchase flow, cancellation and refund requests must follow Apple's account and support flows. Apple may control the billing relationship, cancellation interface, and refund decision for those purchases.
Purchases billed directly by AdsMG AI
If AdsMG AI billed you directly on the web or through a direct payment flow, this Cancellation Policy and our related terms govern the request, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
6. How to request cancellation or a refund

Email hello@adsmg.ai with your full name, account email, order or invoice reference, payment date, amount, and whether you are requesting cancellation, refund review, or both.

State whether the charge was billed directly by AdsMG AI, through Google Play, or through Apple so we can route the request correctly.

Include supporting material such as receipts, screenshots, or a short explanation of the billing issue or cancellation reason.

If the purchase is store billed, also use the relevant Google Play or Apple account tools because AdsMG AI may not be able to finalize store-side cancellation or refund decisions on your behalf.
7. Timelines and grievance handling
We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints and cancellation or refund requests within 48 hours of receipt. Our target is to provide a substantive resolution, status update, or final decision within 30 days, although payment-network investigations, fraud checks, or marketplace processes may require more time.
If a refund is approved for a direct AdsMG AI payment, we aim to initiate the reversal promptly. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, UPI app, Google Play, or Apple may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
8. Indian consumer protection position
AdsMG AI intends this policy to operate consistently with applicable Indian consumer protection and e-commerce rules, including clear disclosure of cancellation, refund, billing, and complaint-handling information. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
We also aim not to use misleading descriptions, hidden charges, or cancellation terms that create an unfair disadvantage to consumers. If there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will control to that extent.
